The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Nancy Jones, has been appointed, by the County Court of Laurel
County, and has qualified as Guardian to Charity Jones and Allen Jones
a minor.
Now, we, Nancy Jones......as principal and Darlin Jones, Rachal Jones,
and Jesse McCarty his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, that the said Nancy Jones will faithfully discharge the trust
of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.

Now, we, James Gergory as principal and John Gergory his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
James Gergory will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor,
in all respects as required by law.
