- If you choose to subscribe to the digest
mode you will receive one email a day with all the
posting attached for that day (that is, if any were posted).

Down the road, if you want to change from one mode to the other or if you are
going on holiday you simply send a message with the word UNSUBSCRIBE to the
same address you subscribed and you will be removed.
