INTRODUCTION

 

I, Mary Estelle Wilkinson, resident of Ottawa, Kansas; born in the

United States; single; hereby apply for membership in the Society

by right of descent from Richard Harrison, came to America at

New Haven, 1644, born West Kirby, England, 1600, died Brad-

ford, Conn., October 25, 1653. Services: Member of the Ancient

and Honorable Artillery Company of Boston, 1646.

1. I was born in Ottawa, Franklin County, Kansas.

2. I am the daughter of Francis Adna Wilkinson, born October
16, 1842; died June 29, 1904; married Jennie Alexander December

 

11. My 7th g. grandfather was son of Richard Harrison, born in
1600, died 1653; came to America, at New Haven, 1644.

Extra Information, Services in Army or Government.--Richard Harrison, mem-
ber of the Ancient Artillery of Boston, 1646. George Hubbard, born in England,
1594, died in America, 1685, a Representative to the first Colonial Court of Con-
necticut, 1639; Deputy Magistrate, 1652, 1655, 1657, 1660, 1662, 1665. John
Bishop, born in England, 1604, died in Guilford, Conn., January, 1660. He was
one of the twenty-five signers of the Covenant.
