For sometime now I have been facinated by old abandoned buildings, especially those that once were the home of some family long gone. Now I would like to plan a web site with that agenda in mind.
Do you have old photos of buildings of this nature and would share them with me? I would like as much information as possible, such as, location, names of family/owner if known.
I watched for several years an old building as it slowly crumbled into fragmented wood and splinters when I would make a trip across Indiana from North to South while traveling to Kentucky.
Then: One day it was gone with no trace. I always wanted a picture before it caved in. But now it is too late. Imagine, if you will, the stories that old building could have told. If only it could talk.
