Brashers made a deed for Lucinda Hensly and ackg in Court on 4 Oct. 1824. Which deed was to James Basham and he believed that it was burned in his house and this deed is in the place of the other, the same land deeded by Alex and John McDonald unto Robt Brashers for 50 A. dated 15 Dec. 1821.
