Maria married Jacob Salomon RHEEDER son of Johan RÖDER and Martha BOHLER on 17 Jan 1779 in Paarl. Jacob was born on 12 Feb 1748 in Duitsland, Amstadt. He died in 1828 in Groot Paardekraal.
