Although most Potsko's/Patsko's believed Janos Paczko's wife Eva's maiden name was Gasparik, marriage and baptismal records and dates from Olsavce, Slovakia-Orsocz, Hungary indicate her maiden name to be Matis,Matisz, with an earlier spelling of Matisch. John b:1899 or Susan b:1903 Patsko's note in the Records link can be linked to a family at St. Matthew's record 48 in the Church Records link showing Alzbeta Gasparik(5Aug1916) being baptized in 1916 to Jur Gasparik and Zofia Vanta, but this note implies Eva's maiden name was Gasparik.
In the Luzerne County, PA Register of Wills Office I located Thomas Patsko's(spelled Pascoe in this record)marriage docket in Book 36, Record 67646, which shows he married Anna Handzo on 12Jan 1914 and his mother's maiden name is listed as Matush, a Hungarian translation of Matis.
Further research found that Eva had a twin sister Maria. Maria married a Janos Gasparik on 25Oct1874, so I would imagine, being a twin Eva was often addressed as Pani Gasparik, and Maria as Pani Paczko. Also, the baptismal record for the above Jur(Gyorgy) Gasparik(13Feb1895) lists his parents as Janos Gasparik and Maria Matisz(Matis).
All baptmismal records For John and Eva verify that Eva was indeed a Matis/Matiscz/Matisch, any records stated otherwise are in error!!!!
