Photo Restoration

Below are sample photos of my ancestors in which I have displayed both a copy of the original and a copy of the restoration. For most historical photos, I prefer to restore them to a true grayscale color format. This is not necessary, but it does provide a smoother look and is easier to blend contrasting shades.
