Braswell, I.B. (Benjamin)

June 6, 1866-Oct 16, 1880

Believed to be the son of John W.

and Lucy E. Braswell.

When he died his family buried him

in the yard at their home. When they

moved away a year later his grave

was moved to Traywick cemetery with

the permission of Asa Traywick. He

is the only one buried in this

cemetery not connected to the

Traywick family.

S/o Phillip & Nancy Allen Kiker. He

married Elizabeth Brown Traywick d/o

Berryman Sr and Dorcas Hyatt Traywick.

She was born Dec 26 1817-died Sept 18

1888 and is buried at Fountain Hill

Methodist Church Cemetery. Edmund

died after fighting a woods fire.

He served in the Civil War Co E

33rd NC Regt and died at Point

He married 2nd Frances Redfern on

Nov 15, 1860.
