Catherine (Cathie) Jane O'Shields was the daughter of John and Catherine Gwinn O'Shields. She was born on 1 Mar 1866, died on 1 Apr 1955 in Jonesville, Union County, SC. She is buried at Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery, Jonesvfille, Union County, SC. She married John Edward Mable on 27 Apr. 1905. They had a son, Foster B. Mabry.
This photo is in the possession of descendants of Mary Melissa Maness Phifer Harrell Holmes (b.1842-d.1924, who married James Washington Holmes) of the Marshville area of Union County, North Carolina.
