George V. Pepper (1910-1992) was in the Army Corps of Engineers.

After Camp Sutton, he was sent to England before going to the European campaign.

Lt. Pepper survived WWII, came home and joined the National Guard in Syracuse New York.

He passed away in 1992 at the age of 82.
