Unknown Confederate Veterans, Union County, NC??

CONFEDERATE VETERANS

Possibly from Union County, N.C.

Need help identifying the people in this photo and where it was taken.

On the back of the picture is the name of Bartley Hezekiha Benton.
It came from my grandmother. Bartley Hezekiah Benton was a 1st Lieut. in Co F, 2nd NC Junior Reserves during the Civil War.
He was born Sep 2, 1846 and died Feb 8, 1926. He lived in Monroe, Union County, North Carolina.

SEE ANOTHER VETERANS PHOTOS THAT POSSIBLY SHOWS BARTLEY H. BENTON.

New info Jan. 2010 from Sherry S. Thomas:
Back row, 3rd from right is James B. "Jimmy" Cox (died Feb. 1928), Co. I, 43rd NC Infantry.
Man sitting behind the man who is on front row, 6th from right is possibly Moses A. Walters
(died 1937) (in black hat), who was in Co. D, 10th Battalion, NC Heavy Artillery.
