John Philip Gillbanks O.B.E. died August 21 2009 in Maelor Hospital, Wrexham, North Wales aged 8. John had received his award from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11 for his service to British Aerospace.

He married Grace Freckleton in Liverpool, England., 1955. (Grace Freckleton is #2322.) Grace died June 16 1986 in Liverpool, England.
