The Cavenaugh Family of Eastern North Carolina, 1790-1930: Deeds
The Cavenaugh Family of Eastern North Carolina, 1790-1930
There are plenty of deeds with Cavenaugh grantors and grantees in Kenansville, Jacksonville, and elsewhere, but I have not yet had the opportunity to do much with land records. My ultimate goal would be to include every deed mentioning a Cavenaugh descendant up until 1930, but I doubt that such an undertaking would be feasible, so I will focus on the earlier and the more important deeds I find. Currently I have transcribed three early deeds, and you can use the drop-down menu above to navigate or just scroll down the page.
