Our family currently resides in Nassau, New York. Nassau is a rural town about 15 miles east of Albany, NY, the capital of New York, and the home of the land of taxes.

The family moved here from Long Island, NY when the company we worked for decided to open a new computer center in the RPI Tech Park, Troy, New York. I was fortunate in that their son adopted me in May of 1993. I have just about 2 acres of their property to roam and hunt on.

Genealogy

Read about our family history. The names in our family include Chapman, Dillmann, Dunbar, Hallgren, McArthur, McDonald, McManus, and Kieran.

We've added some census information on all the Chapman's we found as we've been scanning the various census in search of our ancestors. Hopefully it will be of help to someone.

We also have a listing of some of the cemeteries where Chapman's are buried and some interesting, we think, genealogy sites.
