ISAAC JOHNSON

Settled on lot 89 Romulus. Also bought some land on Rom 83 and 92. In 1815 he divided the land among his sons and daughter, Joseph lived Orange Co. According to the deeds issued 1815 when he divide his property among his children, the older ones were obligated to take care of parents and younger children for property. Children were Temperance, wife of Sylvester Tillotson; Newton, Clinton, Charles, Horace, Joseph Thompson, Nelson, Stephen Isaac, others, daus. Jane, Polly, Eliza Caroline. Thompson probably Thomas. 1814 arrested for assault agst. Tomkins C. Delevan from Ulster or Orange Co. Died 2/14/1821 at 61; Isaac Jr. died 1845.
