238 238 (5) Lastly, an obit sent by my friend in NY soooo long ago: I do not have the name of the newspaper or the date or anything what I have is what you see: HENRY W. JOHNSON- Died at Seneca Falls, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Asa Woodcock, 200 Fall St., on 8 March 1936, he was 92 years old. He was a Civil War Veteran (in the NY Calvary Com H), and had 5 brothers who also fought in the Civil War. He is survived by 3 daughters, Miss Sarah Johnson, Mrs. William Sylvester, and Mrs. Asa Woodcock; 4 sons, Fred, Roscoe, Jay and George Johnson; 15 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He is buried at Restvale Cemetery..... |
