I was born at Stouthall Maternity Nursing home in Reynoldston Gower nr Swansea, my parents lived in Morriston. My father was a Tin Plate worker my mother unemployed. At age 6 mths or so I was taken
to Dusseldorf, Germany. My elder sister Margret was born there in 1948, and it was where my mother came from.
We stayed there until 1954 just after my brother Charles was born, when again we came back to Wales. I went to at school at "Clase" & "Morriston", my younger sister
Erika was born in "Morriston" in 1958, we remained in Swansea until 1965
when once again we uprooted and went to live in Germany, I travelled a lot around Europe over the next two years and finally left home in 1968. I was fortunate to travel around the world at this time and visited many interesting and exotic places, it was during one of my jaunts to India that I met my future wife in 1968, in the December of that year I returned to Britain and volunteered for the British Forces (Army). I remaind in the Army until 1971 when I decided to leave and get Married I travelled to India and was married to Diana Cecilia Penn in Pondicherry Madras State on 2nd October 1971. We left India the following March and arrived back into a cold and miserable England.
After a little hardship we finally settled in Swansea and my son Shayne was born the following August 1st, We moved to Llannon where we lived happily until 1979 but unfortunately our marriage did not last & we divorced on 1980. I returned to Germany a brokenhearted man but could not settle there so in 1983 I returned once more to Wales where I established a relationship with my sister-in-law and we then married in 1985, to my everlasting joy and delight my daughter "Tara"was born in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire on 5th July 1987, again I was unlucky in love and divorced in 1991. As one can imagine I had had enough of married life, I was quite content to live alone. I had developed heart trouble and was operated on in 1992, after this I just enjoyed my solitude but at the same time picked up other threads of my life. I entered a business venture which did not succeed and in 1996 got this PC. I worked in London for one and a half years and then came home, it was then that I met Sandra my wife whilst surfing the internet, we clicked (no pun intended) immediately and met later that year, Sandra is from
LA in California, she came to the UK on holiday we met liked what we saw and married later that year in November 1998. That brings us to "NOW" and why we are compiling this Genealogical History.
