A list of land grants to refugees from Canadian Nova
Scotia by an act of Congress
framed on 1 February 1801.
Most grants were in the spring of 1802. Most of those listed below received more
than one grant.
The land was a strip about ten miles wide, extending east
from near the present Columbus,
Ohio.
