Captain John Smith's will dated May 8, 1755, Augusta Co. VA., names his wife Margaret, dau. Louisa and his sons, Abraham, Henry, David, James,William , Jonathan, Joseph and Daniel.
Executors were Silas Hart and Daniel Harrison. He used a wax signature, the seal containing the fleur de lis.
