Tyrer p2
So who is this Anthony Tyrer, plumber and glazier?  According to his will his wife was Margery and his father-in-law was Henry Aughton.
The will mentions the following children:
William, Jane, Mary, Margery, Amy and Ellen, although he acknowledges that he may have more children hereafter.

From the St.Mary's Prescot parish registers, I have found the following children of

Therefore, I have been able to find all his children except for William.  I must have missed him somewhere along the way.
There is a William Tyrer, plumber and glazier who left a will in 1799!  Is this Anthony's son?
And what is the connection between these and Richard Tyrer, plumber and glazier?
