On page viii in source 1 above, it says these books (source 1, 2, 3, & 4 above) should "be ordered direct from the publisher." Page iv of source 1 says "...Supporting the publication of the above and available from the same address (as given opposite)". Page i of source 1 says:

One of the books cited on page iv of source 1 was "Another look at Colne". The title page of that book says: "Published by Colne Register Transcriptions", so that identifies the above address as the publisher's address. I hope the publisher has not changed since 1975 when source 1 was published.
