Elihu Mill Tilley
Elihu Mill Tilley, son of Henry Tilley and Mary Rose, was born in 1845 in Hardin County, Tennessee. He is listed in his mother's household on the 1850 Hardin County, Tennessee census. He is next found in the household of F.M. Rose on the 1860 Wayne County, Tennessee census on page 42.

He was a Private in Captain J.W. Phillips' Tennessee Light Artillery Company, CSA, during the Civil War. He was enlisted 15 October 1861 in Hardin County, Tennessee when this company was organized to serve from 31 December 1861 to 30 April 1862. He deserted sometime after 31 December 1861.
He is referred to as Mill Tilley in the estate settlement of his brother, James Tilley, in 1887-1891. Nothing further is known about him at present.
