Granted to Mr ¥ Wm Trowbridge an Alotmt of .50.acres Also to his Son *Thomas Trowbridge 40.acres Granted: to Tho. Barber, his Two sons, Joseph & Benjamen Barber, that are Twins 40.,acres Provided: that ye father, Tho Barber, pay & discharge al1 Rates & charges yt shall arise upon this Alotmt fro tyme to tyme, till they come of age, & the Grant is to ym both If they live to Injoy it, & in case of death, then ye survivor to have ye whole. Granted to Goodm. Remington an addition of Ten acres of land besides former Grants. Granted to Timothy Hale, about ¥¥ Two acres of land, on ye west side of High Streete, Southerly of Tho Copleys lot, Tho Copley being allowed first to take full 4 rod broad next to his lot, all ye length fro ye front, back to Stony brook, this foure rod in bredth being due to Tho Copley. & allowed him in Lew of land over ye brooke taken fro him for ye High way.
