He survived starvation and the Indian Massacre of 1622. I can only imagine what hardships he must have endured There has been much confusion about the early generations, likely because of the many John Prices and their sons of the same names. I have included here what I believe to be the most reasonable family lines based on more recent research although there is always room for error when so few records are available. The Price family married into many of the colonial Virginia families; cousin marriages were common.
