1. JAMES H.^{1 BRIGHT was born 1804 in South Carolina, and died Abt. 1870 in Habersham County, Georgia. James is not listed on the 1870 census and is not on any after 1870. Where he is buried is still unknown could be next to Martha since there is a unmarked grave there.  I have put flowers on Martha's grave and leaves me to wonder if someone has the cemetery plat for Banks Cemetery and could answer this question. He married MARTHA ELIZABETH WARD March 21, 1839 in Habersham County, Georgia.  James received his land in 1839 prior to his marriage. Martha was born December 1818 in Hall County, Georgia and died 1900 in Habersham County, Georgia. She is buried in the Banks Family Cemetery  in Stephens County, Georgia.  If anyone has any information please contact Kaye Nicholson.}
