Coordinating the Fulton County citizens efforts in the celebration of our 200th birthday is Mr. Walter Bates, County Bi-centennial chariman.





School children at Evergreen North in Lyons celebrating the "Spirit of '76" are Frank Pawlicki, Linda Pennington, Mary Garrow and Scott Duncan. In front are Theresa Crisenberry and Dawn Evans.



Restored to its original classic appearance is this 1904 Black, a "horseless carriage" proudly owned by Mr. & Mrs. Maxwell Radcliffe.
