SEEGERT, Terry Dean December 11, 2003  CLAYTON: Terry Dean Seegert, age 56 of Clayton, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at his home. He was born July 31, 1947, in Tecumseh to Arthur and Doris (Kafer) Seegert. Terry was employed by Fisher Body, retiring Oct. 1, 1989. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and also the U.A.W. where he formerly served as a union representative. Terry was an avid teddy bear collector and at last count his collection consisted of more than 1,000 bears. Surviving Terry is his mother, Doris Seegert of Adrian; two sons, Bobby Seegert and Mickey (Shelley) Seegert, all of Adrian; a daughter, Katrina Seegert of Kansas City, Mo.; three brothers, Lonnie (Nila) Seegert of Wauseon, Randy (Carol) Seegert of Napoleon, and Pat (Renee) Seegert of Swanton; a sister, Vicky (Doran) Whitmire of Delta; eight grandchildren, Kirk and Kyle Cornell, Shelbey, Kelsey and Haley Seegert, Robert Liski, and Tyler and Keisha Seegert; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his father, Arthur; a brother, Allan Seegert; and his grandparents. The funeral service for Terry will be held on Monday, Dec. 15, 2003, at 11 a.m. at Anderson Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Burdine officiating. Interment will be in Palmyra Cemetery. Visitation hours will be on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Terry Seegert.
