BARDEN, Harlan "Fuzzy" Lowell March 27, 2004  Harlan Lowell Barden, age 63, of Lyons, Ohio, passed away Saturday morning, March 27, 2004, in his home surrounded by his family. He was born September 19, 1940, in Lyons, Ohio, to Lowell and Iva June (Evers) Barden. On April 4, 1964, he married Janice Soderholm. He was a road maintenance crewman for 27 years with Royalton Township, retiring in June of 2003. Harlan is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Janice; daughters, Kim Barden of Wauseon, OH, Lisa (Rick) Hein of Lyons, OH, Linda (Steve) Hein of Lyons, OH, and 7 grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters, Alice Batdorf of Centerville, TN, and Alta Mae Woodby of Barnesville, GA; brothers, Wendall Barden of Oak Harbor, OH, and Gaylord Barden of Newark, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Beulah Gillen and Donna Vaculik, and brothers, Harold, Maynard and Warren Barden. A memorial service will be held Monday, March 29, 2004, at 11 a.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton, with Pastor Sternisha officiating.
