RICHARD E. MIZER Richard E. Mizer, born May 28, 1928, died June 9, 1995 of liver failure. Richard was a member of Joy Evangelican Lutheran Church, and a member of the Antique Car Ass'n, which he was very active in and enjoyed so much. For 28 years he was a CPA for the Chrysler Corp. in Detroit, Mi. where he met his wife, Irene, who was an executive secretary for 40 years. Irene preceded Richard in death in February of 1994. They moved to Ocala, Fl, in 1990. A beautiful memorial service was held at the church, attended by over 50 of his friends and neighbors. His ashes were entered in the church Memorial Gardens with his beloved wife Irene. Richard was a wonderful friend and neighbor. He will truly be missed by his church, neighbors and friends, as was his wife, Irene. Richard's neighbors, church friends & neighbors in Ocala, Fl. **************** Note: Richard's parents were Roy Mizer (1903 - 1994) and Doris Virginia Enfield (1905 - 1995). His grandparents were Romeo D. Mizer (1876 - 1953) & Cora S. Gardinier (1882 - 1978). His great-grandparents were Jacob Sidney Mizer (1843 - 1918)& Delilah Shrock (1848 - 1930). He was first married to Eleanor Mae Gilligan (b. 1927). They had six children, Judith, Cynthia, Gregory, Richard, Timothy and Constance. Return To The Index |
