The final step is done from the Family Tree DNA site. From there you'll submit a join request and order a test kit.

Note: The Family Tree DNA join request is different from the application you filled out earlier because the application was for the project admininstrator while the join request is for Family Tree DNA. Although much of the information is the same, both are required.
