WebTV and the great GRAPHICS issue!

The Issue

Ok now! my knowledge of WebTV is definitely even less than your own. I understand that you do not have memory of your own (no actual computer, hard drive etc) into which you may download and save graphics, therefore you have to use a substitute. After receiving numerous messages from prospective ring members pleading for help with this problem I have, therefore, cruised the internet looking for sites that contain explanations and solutions to this 'problem'. I hope that some of the sites listed here will prove to be of some value to you in maintaining your home page on WebTV. This page consists of three parts; the Issue, the Solution and (my own solution - for the Kelley - Kelly WebRing anyway) the 'Final Solution'.
