This web page is comprised of some unidentified photographs found in my mother's photo album. Most of these are studio photographs taken in the mid to late 1800s. From the information on the faces, or in some cases the backs of the photos, we know that they were taken in Lyndon and Osage City, Kansas and Pittsburgh, Erie, Mercer and Alleghany City, Pennsylvania.

Those in my line that were living in those locales at that time were the Nesbitt, Kelso, Humphrey and Kilgore families.
