Sanders probably belonged to the Richard Gossett of Floyd Co.Ga. that married Jan 27,1847 Harritt Holt.  Census films need to be checked for this Richard & Harriett (Holt) Gossett.

There are 21 entries or Pages that I have re-typed for the sake of space
and have not changed any wording or spelling so as not to alter the meaning
or the flavor of the times.

You see, in 1907, there were 7 children that were enrolled with her, but I
have 8 children listed.  There was either another one born later or I am in
error by having one too many names.  I got the names from yet another
Indian application, that being the Chapman Roll.

Yes, I have just been ADMITTED to the CHEROKEE NATION via my grt grt
grandparents being on the DAWES ROLL.  They were ISAAC H MAYFIELD AND MARY
M HILDEBRAND MAYFIELD.  They were 1/16th & 1/4 CHEROKEE, respectively.

My ancestors were like this:  my grandfather, DOCK GASTON, his mother,
NANCY E  MAYFIELD, her mother, MARY M HILDEBRAND (& father,ISAAC H
MAYFIELD), her mother, NANCY MARTIN, her mother, ELIZABETH WARD, her
