This website is dedicated to the research of African Americans with roots in Duplin County, North Carolina. 

I have been doing research in Duplin and surrounding counties since 2000 and could not find any other site dedicated to this purpose. Since I had a lot of information on my direct and indirect lines, I thought it would be helpful to share my findings in the hopes of filling in some gaps - for myself and others.
