Defiance Co O Know all men by these presant that Joseph Batt of Washington township county of Defiance state of Ohio Gentlemen being in ill health and of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will by me at any time heretofore made. 1st My will is that my wife Julie Batt to pay all my just debts out of my personal property after my death 2nd to sell no timber and to keepwp taxes 3rd My will that my wife to have full controle of my place as long as she lives and after her Death to be equel divided among my Children Mary Batt Kate Biderman Helen Batt Jos.
