Baptist Minister JOHN WHITTINGTON FREEMAN was born 01 November 1802 in Buncombe County, North Carolina and died in Blairsville, Union County, Georgia. He is buried in the Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery, Union County, Georgia. He married PATSEY WATKINS. He ministered to the Cherokee.
He is my 3rd Great Grandfather on my Father's maternal side.
