There are some great ways to post your Family History information online that I have noticed few people are using. The Social Security Death Index; The Kentucky Death Records (at Rootsweb) and WorldConnect ALL have "Post Em Notes" where you can add information to what is already there. I am doing this a lot now, and I would like to see others add their info from their personal knowledge and/or files at home. Please check out those links below to see what I mean. By the way, the KENTUCKY DEATH RECORDS Is Not the same as the KENTUCKY DEATH INDEX. I use the Death Records site at Rootsweb because the K.D.Index does not let you add your comment and info.
At WORLDCONNECT you don't even have to use a name! For instance,type in the little bitty town closest to you in the marriage space (ex:Ironton, Oh)or where died then try it in the where born. Or a maiden name. Use your imagination and learn how it works. Use those Post-Em Notes.If you have Info on the person....Add a Link to your site to the Post-Em.
