SARAH HENSON was born Abt. 1780. She married SAMUEL BRANDENBURG in Madison Co., KY, son of MATTHIAS BRANDENBURG and HESTER WULGEMACHT. Children of SARAH HENSON and SAMUEL BRANDENBURG are: i. ABSALOM HENSON BRANDENBURG, b. May 20, 1799. ii. JOHN HENSON BRANDENBURG, b. March 6, 1801. iii. GEORGE HENSON BRANDENBURG, b. June 3, 1802. 2. iv. JOSEPH HENSON BRANDENBURG, b. November 6, 1803, Heidelberg, Lee Co., KY; d. 1847, Owsley Co., KY. He married NANCY ANN SNOWDEN March 6, 1823 in Madison Co., KY, daughter of DAVID SNOWDEN and NANCY HAZELRIGG.
