Laurette M. �Laurie� (Dargis) Nadow Langille, 76, of Mirimichi Road, Foxboro, died on Thursday, July 30, 2009 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island. The accident also claimed the life of her husband, Charles E. Langille, to whom he was married in April 1987 at the First Congregational Church in North Attleboro.

Born in North Attleboro, Massachusetts on September 11, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Horace and Anna (Pontbriant) Dargis. She was raised and educated in North Attleboro where she was a 1949 graduate of North Attleboro High School at the age of 16.

A resident of Foxboro for the past 20 years, Mrs. Langille previously resided in Attleboro and North Attleboro for many years.

Prior to her retirement in 1994, Mrs. Langille was employed for 8 years at Engelhard Industries in Plainville and had previously been employed for 18 years at Texas Instruments in Attleboro as a solderer.

She enjoyed assisting her husband with his endless efforts in support of veterans.

Her favorite pastimes included gardening, reading and bowling as a member of the North Attleboro Council on Aging Bowling League.

She leaves four children: Norman A. Nadow of Lampasas, Texas; Cheryl A. Moelk of Attleboro; Scott E. Nadow of Attleboro and Tina M. Sauder of York Haven, Pennsylvania; eight grandchildren: Joshua Moelk of Attleboro; Nathaniel Nadow of Attleboro; Aimee Nadow of Tampa, Florida; Albert Nadow of San Antonio, Texas; David Nadow of San Antonio, Texas; A. J. Nadow of Lampasas, Texas; Kenneth Barclay of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Matthew Barclay of York Haven, Pennsylvania; five great grandchildren; a brother: Robert Dargis of Attleboro; a sister: Jeannette Gebski of North Attleboro; members of her husband�s family and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.

She was the grandmother of the late Ryan Moelk who died on May 18, 2007 and Kyle Nadow who died in 2003.

She was predeceased by her sisters, Anita Dargis and Eileen Amesberry, and her brother, Ernie Dargis.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation for both Mr. and Mrs. Langille on Thursday, August 6, 2009 from 2:00 � 4:00 and 7:00 � 9:00 PM in the �Memorial Chapel� of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home � the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off Route 95 N or S, go right, � mile on the left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.

Visitation with Veteran�s Honors will honor Mr. Langille�s service to our country.

Those in need of a ride to visitation may simply call the funeral home at (508) 695-0200 to make an advance reservation for such gratis transportation.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service remembering both Mr. and Mrs. Langille on Friday, August 7, 2009 at 10:00 AM in the �Memorial Chapel� of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home � the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off Route 95 N or S, go right, � mile on the left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro with the Rev. Katrina Clinton, Pastor of the First Congregational Church, North Attleboro, officiating.

Graveside committal services for both Mr. and Mrs. Langille will immediately follow funeral services.

Mrs. Langille will be laid to rest at St. Mary�s Cemetery, Towne Street, North Attleboro followed by a graveside service for Mr. Langille with full military honors at Mount Hope Cemetery and Arboretum, Mount Hope Street, North Attleboro.

Following both cemetery services an invitation will be extended to join the family for a time of continued fellowship and refreshment at the North Attleboro Elks Lodge, Bulfinch Street, North Attleboro.
