LANGILLE, Captain Neil B. - 67, Port Mouton, Queens Co.,
died Saturday, July 20, 2002, at home.
Born in Port Mouton,
he was a son of the late Allen and Lillian (Fleet) Langille.
For over 20 years he worked at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography
as the captain of the research vessel, Navicula.
He also worked for the Department of Fisheries as captain of the patrol vessel 11A6206.
He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and driving his ATV.
He had a tremendous amount of love for his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by sons, Jeffrey (Ann), Liverpool;
Paul (Rose), Port Mouton;
Michael (Margaret), Liverpool;
grandchildren, Eric, Katherine, Jessica, Madeline, Timothy, Cameron;
sister, Joyce (Wagner), Naniamo, B.C.
He was predeceased by son Anthony Graham and sisters, Merle and Alice;
brothers, Frank and Ernest;
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers Funeral Home, Liverpool,
where visitation will be 1-2 p.m. and memorial service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 24,
Rev. Neil MacDonald officiating.
Family flowers only.
