1798 William EAGLE of Norfolk marries Ann Brann
OPR North Leith William Eagle non commissioned officer in Capt. Varlo's company of the Norfolk Light Dragoons & Ann Brann or Bran after the usual proclamations were married the 2nd June 1798
We have not found out anything about his birth or Ann's - we assume William
was from Norfolk.
Norfolk is very much a EAGLE centre.
Brann baptisms Scotland 1760-1780 but none
William senior dies c1828 and Ann remarries in 1830
Note the OPR for 1798 marriage has BRAN and BRANN and then we have BRAND in
1830
As no baptisms for Bran - our Ann must have been a BRAND
