c1930 A very large number of people - perhaps someone you knew

My mother Daisy Loiuse EAGLE is in the front row sitting on the grass - no hat. To her right a woman in a white "beret" who could be May OGDEN - behind a woman in dark hat with hand on hat. Does anyone know anything about the people - the place etc - it should be somewhere in West London 

It is one of those very long pictures and has been rolled hence cracks at the ends. I used Irfanview Panorama feature to join two scans - I expect you can see the join.
