Together they had at least one son, Robert M., born about 1908, and one daughter, Pearl Joiner (Corda's half-sister), born about 1905. She married Jesse Dunning, age 23, when she was 14 years old. Pearl was alive at the time of Corda's death in 1960, and living in McCracken County.

  On Corda's wedding day, her stepfather told her she had to get some beans planted before she could be married: she went out to the field, threw the seeds into the air haphazardly, and left for her wedding.

If Alexander (d. 1749) is son of Alexander (d. 1690), then earlier Alexander obviously emigrated long before his son did, as this latter Alexander certainly married and had children David (1713?) and William (1712?) and others? before he left Ireland.
