MY goal is to search for the family who has gone before
me. To find out from whence I have come. Please take time to search what I have found to see if there is a connection.
They
came from England, Holland, Germany, Ireland and perhaps other countries
to the land of opportunity: a land of freedom to follow their
dreams. Many came in search of freedom to worship.
Others
to make a better life for their families, and some came to be with family.
But all came to pursue their dreams and seek a better life.
They
migrated to PA, OH., VA., TN., MI, MO, NJ, IA and even some dared to go
west to the unknown. Many fighting their way to a freedom they all
believed in.
These
pages have my family history. Only some are documented. Many people have
shared their information to give me a better understanding of the
ancestors I seek. Please search through the surnames and history,
and see if you can find something of yourself. I welcome hearing
from anyone who can enlightened me and help my quest.
Now.......all
that is left are the tombstones, lonely, and mostly neglected calling out
to be found. I never knew them, but I know that within me each of them
exist. They will be found by future generations to come.
