This is a public edition of the LeMoyne/LeMoine (des Pins) family history. It is derived from a CD that I made for my family in 2000. The variation is that for privacy and permission reasons I have excluded references to any living individual. Hence some links have been modified to an explination page.
This composition is based on various references.
As a reference point it starts at the original immigrant from France, Jean LeMoyne. This text has been written by Joseph Francis LeMoine. A listing of direct descendants between Jean and Joe to is listed to get an understanding of the generations involved. There are three generations after this that have been with held from public domain.
There is also some documentation concerning the LeMoyne de Longueil family (Charles, Pierre d'Iberville, etc.) and the relationship with the LeMoine des Pins family.
I have also listed the LeMoines of notarity.
In geneaolgy there is no end, further research is always possible, I have listed the end points in the family tree that can be futher researched.
