George the second, To All, Where as, we have given, grant, and confirmed, and by these present, for us, our heirs, and successors, given grant and confirm unto Isaac Norman of St. George's Parish, Spotsylvania County, and James Turner, of King George County, One certain tract or Parcel of Land containing six hundred thirty four acres lying in this great fork of Rappahanoch River and being in the parish of St. George and County of Spotsylvania, afore said and bounded as follows (to wit) Beginning at two white oaks and a red oak in Thomas Stonehouse's line and corner to Thomas Farmer and runs to fence. South twenty-five degrees, West one hundred and twenty pole, to two white oaks and a hickory corner, to the said Farmer's fence. South twenty-eight degrees, East one hundred and ninety pole to two chestnuts and a hickory, another corner of said Farmer's fence, south sixty pole to two chestnuts and a hickory fence. South forty-five degrees, West two hundred and twenty-eight pole to two white oaks and a hickory on this side of a mountain fence. North fifty-five degrees, west two hundred pole to two red oaks and a chestnut on the top of a mountain fence. North three hundred pole to two white oaks in Thomas Stonehouse's line fence with the said line. South forty-five degrees, East eighty six pole to a white oak, red oak and ______ in the said Stonehouse line fence. North seventy degrees. East two hundred and sixty pole to the beginning.
With all, To have, hold, to behold yielding and paying provided, in witness, witness our trusty and well beloved William Gooch Esq., Our, Lieut. Governor and Commander in Christ of our said Colony and Dominion at Williamsburg under this seal Colony the twenty Eighth day of September one thousand seven hundred and twenty eight in the second year of our reign.
