Affidavit for John Matthews

Given by William Harrison Norman for John Matthews to verify that John Matthews served in the Revolutionary War in order for John to get a pension that Congress had passed for the veterans. Evidently the affidavit of Thomas Dallis was on the previous page. If anyone can find an error in the transcription of the documents, please feel free to notify me at lznash@bellsouth.net. This document was donated by Faye Johnston, a descendent of John Matthews.

Please be patient. This takes a little longer to load than most because of the documents, but is worth the wait.
