This is a list of names taken from the 1815 tax assessment list of Lee County. It was transcribed from FHL microfilm # 1993745
This is only the list of names, because of time constraints I did not extract any other information.
Mary B. Kegley did transcribe the tax tickets.
The book is called "Southwest Virginia Tax Assessments, 1815" this book includes Grayson, Lee, Scott, Russell, Washington, and Wythe Counties. I did not find this book listed on Mary B. Kegley's site but doing a Google.com search for it might locate one at a used book store. You can also view the microfilm at your local Family History Research Center.
