I am transcribing this information directly from an out-of-print book entitled "Oregon Cemetery Survey",
which was published in 1978 by the Oregon Department of Transportation.
This book is a list of cemeteries located in Oregon...
it only infrequently includes individual burial information.

As stated on the opening page of this wonderful book...
"The survey is a public record and is not copyrighted and may be freely copied or duplicated in any way."
